Along a route that dominates the entire Moselle valley, offering remarkable panoramic views, discover exceptional heritage sites such as the Fortress of Châtel sur Moselle, once one of the largest in Europe, and the 12th and 15th century church of Girmont.

Take advantage of this itinerary to enjoy the peace and quiet and the treasures of the small villages you pass through in a natural and relaxing setting. At the lock, leave the V50 cycle route, which links Luxembourg to Lyon, to enter Châtel sur Moselle and its medieval treasures.

You will then follow the sand pits and the Moselle. Cross the Durbion at Vaxoncourt, a small river whose course lies entirely in the Vosges. Pass through the villages of Girmont, Domèvre sur Durbion and Pallegney on roads with little traffic.
